My philosophy

I see therapy as a collaborative and intentional process. When we work together, you’ll meet with one licensed counselor throughout your care. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in creating a steady, respectful space where you can speak openly and reflect honestly.

My role is to support you while also helping you stay accountable to what matters to you. The work we do is thoughtful, paced, and focused on meaningful change over time.

Can therapy work?

Research consistently shows that psychotherapy is effective for depression, anxiety, trauma, and related concerns. Therapy supports symptom reduction, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and long-term psychological stability.
